What is Urban Cruise?
  • Urban Cruise helps you rent a vehicle for your various travel requirements from the best operators in your city.
  • The fleet comprises of all kinds of vehicles ranging from 6 seater to 49 seater vehicles.
  • We work with the best operators & our team dedicatedly keeps on Verifying the Vehicle Quality & keep training Drivers to provide a best holidaying experience to you.
How does it work?
  • Few simple questions are asked regarding your Trip to understand your Travel Requirement in detail.
  • Then, availability of the desired vehicle is checked in our system & Rate Quotation is provided to you.
  • Once you agree with Rate Quotation & decide to provide us an opportunity to serve you, a small booking amount is taken to confirm the booking.
  • The balance can be paid directly to us through online modes till two days before the start of the journey or to the Driver in cash at the time of boarding the vehicle.
Your Services are available in which cities?
  • We are currently operational in Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad & Nagpur. We are planning to start operations soon in North India.
How are the Kilometers calculated?
  • The 'Kilometers' are calculated basis the return trip distance between the boarding point and the destination. Any additional distance covered within the city between the Garage and the pickup point is also included in it.
  • We advise you to check the Kilometers before start of the Trip & at the end of the Trip for your satisfaction.
What are the payment terms?
  • You can confirm your booking reservation by paying a small booking fee, typically equal to 20% of the base fare.
  • The balance can be paid directly to us through online modes till two days before the start of the journey or to the Driver in cash at the time of boarding the vehicle.
What about the Toll, State Taxes / Entry Fees & Parking Charges?
  • Tolls State Taxes / Entry Fees & Parking Charges have to be paid by you directly to the Authorities during the Trip.
What if I am carrying more Luggage?
  • You need to specify the accurate no. of Luggage Bags with approx.. size (medium/Large)
  • Based on details provided by you, a vehicle with Luggage Carrier on Roof will be provided to you.
  • If that is also not sufficient, then you can ask for a Larger Capacity vehicle to accommodate more Luggage
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
  • Since we work with the best operators, the vehicles are usually reliable.
  • In case of minor issue, Operator gets it rectified till you enjoy your trip. However, if required, operator will change the vehicle (if possible).
What if I need to cancel my trip?
  • Pls see the Booking Confirmation message for details of Cancellation policy.
